Jonathan Rocca is the founder of ClearPort Capital. He received his degree in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University. He began his career in acquisitions for leading privately held home builders focusing on urban infill locations throughout Los Angeles.
Jonathan has successful experience in real estate development, deal analysis, financing, entitlements, and joint venture partnerships.
